From Washington, DC: Follow Rt. 50 Eastbound
to the Bay Bridge. Continue on Rt. 50 East at the
MD 301/Rt. 50 split. Take a left on MD 404 and
continue for about 45 miles. Exit onto US 9 at the
Circle, in Georgetown, DE. Go approximately 13
miles to Rt. 1. Turn right onto Rt. 1 South and
continue approximately 2 miles to Rehoboth Beach.
Take a left onto Rt. 1A into Rehoboth. Turn right
onto Canal Street, immediately after crossing the
drawbridge over the Lewes-Rehoboth Canal. Canalside
Inn is one block down on the left.
From Baltimore: Take Interstate 97 to
Annapolis and merge onto Rt. 50 Eastbound to the Bay
Bridge. Continue on Rt. 50 East at the MD 301/Rt.
50 split. Take a left on MD 404 and continue for

South to Exit 4A (Christiana/Rt. 1 South). After
exiting, stay to the left and you will be on Route 1
South. The Expressway ends at Dover. Continue on
Rt. 1 South to Rehoboth Beach. Take a left onto Rt.
1A into Rehoboth. Turn right onto Canal Street,
immediately after crossing the drawbridge over the
Lewes-Rehoboth Canal. Canalside Inn is one block
down on the left.
From New York & New Jersey: Take the
Thruway to the Garden Sate Parkway to the Cape
May-Lewes Ferry.
OR:
Take the Garden State Parkway to the New Jersey
Turnpike to the Delaware Memorial Bridge. After the
bridge, get on Interstate 95 Southbound. Take Exit
4A (Christiana/Rt. 1 South). After exiting, stay to
the left and you will be on Route 1 South. The
Expressway ends at Dover. Continue on Rt. 1 South
to Rehoboth Beach. Take a left onto Rt. 1A into
