Our furry friends are
welcome at the Canalside Inn, with a few
conditions. Dogs and cats only please.
No more than two pets per room.
Pets
must be well behaved. Guests with pets
must leave a cell phone number where
they can be reached in the event of an
emergency or problem. Pets should not be left alone in the room after 10:00 pm.
All pets must be registered with the front desk at check in. Pets not registered at check will be assesed a $100 penalty.
Due to recent incidents, all pets must be crated if left alone in the room. Crates are available at the front desk for $8.00/day.
There are a
limited number of pet-friendly rooms
which are booked on a first come/first
served basis. Studio King rooms are our pet rooms and should be booked for guest traveling with pets. If all Studio King rooms are booked, we will do our best to accomodate guests with pets in another room type. Please contact our office directly to make your reservation. Rooms other than Studio King rooms booked with pets may not be able to accomodate pets and may be non refundable. Please note on the reservation form in the notes column that you will be traveling with your pet(s). Please call to confirm the availability of crates.
Please note that guests arriving with pets that are not confirmed on your reservation may not be able to be accomodated. Guests will be responsible for the balance due and will have to make other arrangements for pets.
We require a charge
of $35 for pets per stay but reserve
the right to assess an additional
cleaning/damage fee if necessary. There is a $150 refundable deposit required at check in. If any issues arise during your stay and we cannot contact you, the deposit will be forfeited.
We are one of the few pet friendly hotels in Rehoboth Beach Deleware Being a Pet Friendly hotel in Rehoboth Beach will allow you to come and enjoy your stay along with mans best friend. Dogs and cats are only allowed at our Pet Friendly hotel in Rehoboth Beach Deleware.
Five dollars of your pet fee will be donated to Safe Haven Animal Sanctuary. Safe Haven Animal Sanctuary of Sussex County is a 501 (c) (3) non-profit organization dedicated to providing a safe and caring environment for homeless, neglected, abused and orphaned cats and dogs in Sussex County, Delaware.
